3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
– By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Business Solution Provider at the phone number you provided.
– Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service status.
– Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
– You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

– Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt-In and Consent
Customers opt in to receive SMS communications when they purchase telecom services through our field sales representatives. At the time of sale, customers provide their phone number and consent to receive service-related communications from Business Solution Provider.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Business Solution Provider unless you opt in again.
6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
Business Solution Provider and Cornerstone Marketing Concepts, LLC are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS message delivery caused by mobile carriers, network issues, or technical problems beyond our control. We are not liable for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to receiving text messages.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
