SMS Messaging Consent & Opt-In

Business Solution Providers, a division of Cornerstone Marketing Concepts, LLC, offers service-related text messaging to customers who have purchased telecom services through our authorized field sales representatives. This page describes how customers opt in to receive text messages, what messages they will receive, and how to opt out.
How Customers Opt In
Customers provide consent to receive text messages through the following methods:
Point-of-Sale Consent (In Person)
When a customer purchases telecom services through one of our field sales representatives, the customer completes a service enrollment form. This form includes the following SMS consent disclosure, which the customer must acknowledge before their order is processed:
SMS Communications Consent: By providing my mobile phone number and checking this box, I consent to receive service-related text messages from Business Solution Providers, including customer satisfaction check-ins, promotional rate renewal reminders, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. I understand I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. This consent is not a condition of purchase. The customer’s mobile phone number, name, and date of consent are recorded in our customer management system at the time of enrollment.
Keyword Opt-In (Text Message)
Customers may also opt in to receive messages by texting the keyword START to our business number. Upon receiving the keyword, the customer will receive the following confirmation message:
“You are now subscribed to Business Solution Providers service updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Types of Messages Sent
Customers who have opted in may receive the following types of text messages:
– Customer satisfaction check-ins to confirm customers are happy with their service and savings
– Promotional rate renewal reminders when a customer’s promotional pricing is approaching expiration
– Account notifications and service-related updates
– Invitations to connect with a live specialist for account reviews
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account status. Customers typically receive no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out and Help
STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE – Opt out of all text messages from Business Solution Providers
HELP, INFO – Receive help information and contact details
START, YES – Opt in or re-subscribe to text messages
Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation: “You have been unsubscribed from Business Solution Providers messages. You will no longer receive texts from us. Reply HELP for assistance.”
Upon requesting help, you will receive: “Business Solution Providers: For help, call us at (888) 402-2977. Reply STOP to opt out of messages.”
